PILATES
Group matwork classes aimed at development of core stability.  It will also increase your mind and body awareness through breathing, co-ordination, joint mobility and strengthen the deep abdominals.  You will leave feeling toned, stretched and relaxed, and you will notice over a period of time that your body will begin to change its' shape, for the better!  Stability balls, small pilates balls, bands and core rollers may be used to challenge your balance ...it can also ease back/neck problems!  Please bring your own small cushion for alignment.
N.B. If you are receiving treatment for back/neck problems, we advise you to consult your GP/Chiro/Physio prior to attending this class.
INTRO PILATES
For your own safety we recommend that you attend at least two private sessions before joining a class to teach basics and discuss relevant medical history or injury. Please phone to arrange these Intro Sessions.
STEP'n'TONE
A fun cardio workout using height adjustable steps to perform easy-to-follow routines, which will tone your body giving you a lovely firm butt, and strong abs, ready for your Christmas parties!  You can be sure to burn up loads of calories in this great workout!
CORE STRENGTH FOR MEN
If you think Pilates is just for women don't tell the NZ All Blacks, the professional Footballers Association or the thousands of men worldwide who use Pilates to improve their fitness and well being!  This workout will focus on posture and strength!  We will target the deep abdominals, back and spine to improve overall stability and fitness.  It is known to help improve that game of golf, as well!
WEEKLY WORKOUT
Work at your level at this complete body and toning workout, which will be different each week, using weights and a variety of small apparatus including steps, bands & balls.
SLIMLINE & TONIC for the 50 plus!
Come along to this fun, all round safe and lively low impact class, where the steps will be simple to follow! It will give you a stronger, firmer, better shaped body and you will feel revitalised! Taught by an experienced, specially qualified instructor.
MODERN LINE DANCING

A very social evening, not taken too seriously, with something for everyone! Learn to dance choreographed routines with different dance styles to Latin, Pop, Irish, Rock’n’roll & Country music. All Beginners – Intermediate level welcome!
